Tata Cara Pengajuan Keberatan Permohonan Informasi Publik Satpol PP dan Damkar Kota Madiun:

Pemohon Informasi Publik dapat mengajukan keberatan secara tertulis kepada Atasan PPID Pembantu Satpol PP dan Damkar Kota Madiun berdasarkan alasan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut:

 

 

  1. Keberatan diajukan kepada Atasan PPID Pembantu dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 30 (tiga puluh) hari kerja dengan mengemukakan alasan keberatan;
  2. PPID Pembantu harus memberikan tanggapan atas pengajuan keberatan tersebut paling lambat 30 (tiga puluh) hari kerja sejak diterimanya keberatan secara tertulis;
  3. Apabila APPID menguatkan putusan yang ditetapkan bawahannya maka alasan tertulis disertakan bersama tanggapan tersebut;
  4. Jika pengaju keberatan puas atas putusan Atasan PPID Pembantu, maka sengketa keberatan selesai;
  5. Jika pengaju keberatan Informasi Publik tidak puas atas tanggapan Atasan PPID, maka penyelesaian sengketa Informasi Publik dapat diajukan kepada Komisi Informasi.
