Pengamanan dan Pengawalan 26 08 2021
Kamis, 26 agustus 2021 melaksanakan pengamanan pengawalan kegiatan Walikota Madiun, Wakil Walikota dan Pj Sekretaris Daerah Kota Madiun dengan rangkaian acara :
Pukul 08.30 – 09.30 WIB Permohonan doa restu sekaligus pamitan lomba bertutur tingkat nasional bertempat di pendopo Balaikota Jalan Pahlawan No 37 kelurahan Kartoharjo kecamatan Kartoharjo Kota Madiun. Hadir dalam kegiatan, Walikota Madiun, Ketua TP PKK/Bunda Literasi Kota Madiun, PJ Sekretaris Daerah Kota Madiun, Staf Ahli Bidang Pembangunan/Plt Perpustakaan, Kadis Pendidikan, Perwakilan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jatim : ibu Mei Indah Iriani, ibu Luwitaningsairi, dan Tersi Brawijani dan peserta lomba tutur tingkat nasional beserta pendamping siswi SDN 01 Kartoharjo(Guntur).
Pukul 09.30 – 11.30 WIB rapat paripurna penyampaian jawaban Walikota Madiun atas pandangan umum Fraksi DPRD dalam P-APBD TA 2021 bertempat di Gedung Paripurna DPRD. Hadir dalam kegiatan : Walikota Madiun, Wakil Walikota Madiun, Ketua DPRD Kota Madiun, Wakil Ketua I DPRD Kota Madiun, Wakil Ketua 2 DPRD Kota madiun, Kapolres Madiun Kota, Plh Kasdim 0803 Madiun, Kasi Intel Kejari Kota Madiun, Pj Sekretaris Daerah Kota Madiun, Anggota DPRD Kota Madiun, Ka BPKAD, Ka Bapelitbang dan beserta peserta virtual di ruang kerja OPD masing masing.
Pukul 12.30 – 13.50 WIB Audiensi dan pamitan dengan BPK RI bertempat di pendopo balaikota Madiun. Hadir dalam kegiatan : Walikota Madiun , Pj Sekretaris Daerah Kota Madiun, Asisten 1 Bidang Pemerintahan Dan Kesra, Rombongan BPK RI, Ka Bapelitbang, Ka BPKAD, Inspektorat, Kabag Adbang, Kabag Hukum dan Kabag Pereko kesra.
Pukul 12.30 – 16.30 WIB Narasumber DBHCHT, peran KIM sebagai humas untuk mengurangi kecemasan bertempat di Ruang Bima Aston hotel Aston jalan Mayjen Sungkono Kelurahan Nambangan lor Kecamatan Manguharjo Kota Madiun. Hadir dalam kegiatan: Walikota Madiun, Pj sekretaris Daerah Kota Madiun, Kepala KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean C Madiun, Perwakilan Anggota Komisi 1 DPRD Kota Madiun, Pakar Komunikasi Unair SBY, Kadis Kominfo, Budayawan, Kyai Kanjeng, dan Peserta Sinau barang melalui Daring.
